Vampires in Underworlds
Hi to every one especially to the Vampire and Darkness lovers. I personally do love and worship Vampires more than anyone in the existence. I have watched Bram Stoker’s Dracula more than 1000 times and still I do and believe or not I don’t magnify about the number. As a Gothic writer and criticizer of the movies and Anime I have written so many articles in my mother language Persian but I managed to learn English so I want to write in English too although it will not be as good as Persian version and for this I do apologize and hope all readers are going to like my writings.

In the cast listing for the original Underworld, a character named Zsuzsa is mentioned, though that name never appears in the film itself or the novelization. She must have been important to some scene to have gotten her own name. I believe is likely her, though I'm not sure. This and this are pictures of the actress, Judit Kuchta. What do you guys think?

These two women, Alice & Selene are both outstanding at what they do, whether it's defeating Lycans or killing zombies. I actually dreamt that they were in a battle with each other, but the alarm clock woke me up.....so I was just wondering who do you think would have won the battle? What are your opinions on the Underworld series? I personally think that the movies, up to Underworld Awakening were pretty good. But I'm not so fond of the fifth movie, plot-wise, they also didn't give enough time to really flesh out Michael Corvin's potential as a Hybrid.....that bothered me.

I only found out recently that Kate Beckinsale has stated in an interview that it's "unlikely," of her to reprise her role as Selene in future Underworld movies, and that they may do another one without her. I think it's too early to worry that she won't return. As we should remind ourselves all the indications we had before Underworld Awakening all stated she wasn't interested in rerpising too, yet she did.
But if we assume the worst, that she won't return to play the role of Selene, will they continue the franchise?

It's a beautiful thing to see Kate Beckinsale returning as vampire warrioress Selene for the fourth installment of the Underworld films. Nobody thought the series would still be going at this point, but the trailer for Underworld: Awakening was just released, with the film coming out on January 20th, 2012. It's the first Underworld movie in 3D and the first to be directed by Swede Måns Mårlind.
When the announcement for this film was made in 2010, the following synopsis was provided:

Comic-Con panel for Underworld gave us a first look at the latest film in the Underworld franchise: Underworld: Awakening. The movie is slated to be released on January 20, 2012 and is currently being filmed in 3-D!
Meanwhile, Len Wiseman, director of the films, also announced that there will be several "anime shorts" that takes place in the Underworld universe. It sounds like the storylines for the anime will be canon and will take place in different time periods. Len states that the anime will showcase "an evolution of these characters in timelines we haven't seen." Sounds intriguing! For those who just can't get enough of Underworld, these will be included in the DVD for the movie.
